The rate is based on quotes from KuCoin; the final rate is set when the required confirmations are received. If by then it moves against you by more than 1%, we will e-mail you the new amount and pay it only with your consent; otherwise we refund the funds minus the network fee.
Send Bitcoin Cash (BCH) on the Bitcoin Cash network to the address in the order only. Coins sent over another network or a different token are not credited automatically; recovering such a transfer is at the client's expense. Do not confuse it with Bitcoin (BTC): addresses may look alike, but these are different networks.
Cash payout at a Sberbank ATM by QR code, no card needed. Enter your Telegram or phone in the order and stay reachable. Once the order is paid, we prepare an account with the required amount and send you a “Ready for QR withdrawal” notice. Only after it, go to a Sberbank ATM and choose “Withdraw by QR”: the ATM shows a QR code that is valid for 40–60 seconds. Photograph it right away and send it to us on Telegram; once we scan the code, the ATM dispenses the cash. ATMs dispense banknotes only; the operator agrees any remainder with you in the chat.
