Questions
How do I make an exchange?
Choose a direction on the home page, enter the amount and payout details, create an order and pay it using the details on the order page within 30 minutes. The payout arrives automatically or after an operator check.
Do I need to register?
No, exchanges are available without registration.
How long does an exchange take?
Usually 5 to 60 minutes after funds arrive. Crypto is credited after network confirmations: BTC — 2, ERC20 — 12, TRC20 — 20, BEP20 — 15, TON — 1, SOL — 1, LTC — 6, XMR — 10, DOGE — 6.
Is the rate locked?
For card, SBP and cash payments — yes, for 30 minutes from order creation. For crypto payments the rate is floating and is set when confirmations are received. See Section 4 of the Rules.
Why verify my card?
It protects cardholders from fraudsters trying to pay with stolen cards. The check is done once and takes a few minutes. Send a photo of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits and the cardholder name, with other digits and CVV covered.
Can I pay from someone else's card?
No. Payments are accepted only from a card issued to the name in the order. Third-party payments are refunded minus the bank transfer fee.
I sent the wrong amount. What now?
No problem: we will recalculate the payout based on the amount received. If it is below the minimum for the direction, contact support and we will arrange a refund. Contact us within 60 days of creating the order — after that the order is closed (clause 7.6 of the Rules).
Why is my order “under review”?
All incoming funds are AML-screened. If a transaction has a high risk score, we may ask for additional information. A review usually takes up to 24 hours, up to 3 business days if more information is needed, and up to 7 in complex cases. See the AML/KYC policy.
What happens to my funds if the AML review fails?
They are returned to the sending address within 5 business days after the review. The refund fee is up to 5% of the amount, but no more than $100. If the funds are found legitimate, only the network fee is withheld.
How do I avoid an AML delay?
Send funds from your own wallet or exchange account rather than through intermediaries. You can check your address in any AML service before the exchange. If an operator asks for information, send it to support — the sooner you do, the sooner the exchange completes.
How do I check my order status?
On the order page (the link is sent by e-mail) or in the “Order status” section by its number.
How do I contact support?
Telegram @cryptodot_support or e-mail support@cryptodot.org. We work 24/7, no days off. Include your order number so we can reply faster.
