1. Who can take part
1.1. Any registered user of Cryptodot (the “Service”) can become a Partner: a blogger, website or channel owner, exchanger monitor or exchange office. Sign up on the Sign up page; the partner section is in your personal account.
1.2. By taking part, the Partner accepts these terms, the Exchange rules and the AML/KYC/KYT policy.
2. Partner link and client binding
2.1. Every Partner has a link of the form https://cryptodot.org/?rid=CODE and its English version https://cryptodot.org/en/?rid=CODE. You can add a direction and amount to the link: cur_from, cur_to, city, amt_from or amt_to — the client lands on that direction with the amount filled in.
2.2. A client who follows the link is bound to the Partner with no time limit, even without signing up: the Partner code is kept in a cookie and in every order of the client. A registered client is bound in their profile, a client without registration — by the e-mail of their orders.
2.3. If a client followed links of different Partners, an order is credited to the Partner of the latest visit, while a registered client stays with the Partner whose link they signed up through.
3. Reward
3.1. A reward is credited for every order of a referred client when the order becomes “Completed”, including orders of clients without registration.
3.2. By default it is a percentage of the Service's profit on the order and grows with referred volume: 15% from the start; 20% from $5,000 of referred volume; 25% from $25,000 of referred volume; 30% from $100,000 of referred volume.
3.3. For exchanger monitors and large partners the Service sets individual terms by agreement: a percentage of profit or of the exchange amount. When calculated from the amount, the reward is credited for non-profitable exchanges too. The individual percentage is shown in the partner account.
3.4. If a completed order is cancelled or refunded, its reward is written off.
4. Partner account
The account shows the partner link and promo materials; rewards with dates, directions and exchange amounts; link visits; referrals; statistics of visits, exchanges and payouts; payout requests and their statuses; password change — in the “Sign-in and password” block of the profile.
5. Payouts
5.1. A payout can be requested in the account from 10 $. Methods: Tether USDT TRC20, Bitcoin BTC, Sberbank RUB, T-Bank RUB.
5.2. The Service processes a payout request within 24 hours. Only one payout request can be in progress at a time.
5.3. The payout is sent to the details the Partner entered in the request. The Service is not liable for mistakes in them.
6. What is prohibited
- spam: messages without the recipient's consent, mass messages in messengers and comments;
- advertising that impersonates the Service: fake websites, look-alike domains, accounts posing as the Service or its staff;
- promises of returns, “guaranteed profit”, exchange “without checks” and any false statements about the Service;
- exchanging through your own link, inflating visits, cookie stuffing and other ways to earn rewards without real clients;
- referring clients linked to fraud, money laundering, sanctioned persons or other illegal activity.
For violations the Service may cancel rewards for the related orders and end participation in the programme.
7. Changes and contacts
7.1. The Service may change these terms; a new version is published on this page and does not change rewards for orders already completed. Individual terms change only by agreement with the Partner.
7.2. A Partner may leave the programme by notifying the Service via support 30 days in advance. Rewards for orders completed before the exit date are paid out under section 5.

8. FAQ
How long is a client bound to me? With no time limit. The client stays with you even if they return a year later.
Does the client need to sign up? No. Orders without registration count too.
When does a reward appear? When the client's order is completed — status “Completed”.
Where do I get the link and banners? In your personal account, “Partners” section: link, code and promo materials.
We are an exchanger monitor — how do we connect? Sign up with your e-mail and write to us: we will agree the percentage, set it in your account and give you links for the Russian and English versions.
