Effective as of October 21, 2026
By ticking "I give my consent to personal data processing" in a form on cryptodot.org, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Cryptodot (the "Service", the "operator") my consent to process my personal data on the terms below. This consent is given separately from the exchange rules and the privacy policy.

- verification materials: a photo of the document, photos and video showing me with the document, proof of payment details (see the AML/KYC policy);
- technical data: IP address, browser and device type, cookies, time of visits and actions on the website.
2. What for
- to execute exchange orders, payouts and refunds and to contact me about an order;

3. What the operator may do with the data

4. Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved. Order data, review records and verification materials are kept for 5 years after the last order is completed and then deleted; other technical logs for up to 12 months.
I can withdraw my consent by writing to info@cryptodot.org. After withdrawal the Service stops processing, except for data it must keep by law or under AML/KYC rules, and new orders cannot be created without consent.
More on how the Service handles data is in the privacy policy.
