Mandatory AML screening. Every order is checked by address and transaction. If the risk is elevated, processing is paused and we may request additional information. To avoid delays, check your address with an AML service in advance.
Send DOT only on the DOT network. Network confirmations required for payout: 1.
The rate is based on quotes from KuCoin; the final rate is set when the required confirmations are received. If by then it moves against you by more than 1%, we will e-mail you the new amount and pay it only with your consent; otherwise we refund the funds minus the network fee.
Send Polkadot (DOT) on the Polkadot network to the address in the order only. Coins sent over another network or a different token are not credited automatically; recovering such a transfer is at the client's expense. The address starts with 1.
Payout of XRP on the XRP Ledger to your personal wallet. No Destination Tag is set on payout, so exchange addresses that require a tag are not suitable. A new XRP wallet is activated by the first incoming transfer if it covers the network reserve.
